user email notification hasn't been sent

Hi, I've tried to find solution by searched thread in this forum but not found yet. I test my directory by submit site and I found that mail notification to admin is working but mail notification for submitter is not working. I've assigned mail template for each notification mail. Any idea? Using Latest version included email bug fixes from yktan thread here (http://www.phplinkdirectory.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=915)
and another related thread here (http://www.phplinkdirectory.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=1414&highlight=submit+link+notification+email+sent) and here (http://www.phplinkdirectory.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=274) but all of these are fixes for old version that included bug-fixes in new version I'm using (RC 5.2) and It can' solve my problem. I've no idea why admin notification mail work but link owner notification mail not work? I assigned template for each notification type for sure (submit, approve, reject, featured).

Got the same problem when i approve a link

The Submit notification is working but after i approve a link the submitter do not get his approved email.

...and i do not use the reject notif. anymore because it spams the submitters email box with every mistake on the submitpage.

From last few days its not working for me as well, was working well before with submit and activation or de-activation but now even i submit my site to someones else directory from which i got email confirmation before but now this time from his site not got submission mail nor approval as i manually checked directory and he accepted my link.
