500 ISE... Please help.

Hello.

I am running phpLD v2.1.2 on www.runedirectory.com

Earlier today, I was fooling around in cpanel, when all of a sudden, the site won't work, and I get this 500 Internal Service Error.

I undid everything that was done whilst I was changing some cpanel options, and nothing.

Anyone know a quick fix for this, or have some suggestions at least?

make sure permissions are right on the php files and if all else fails rename the .htaccess to 1.htaccess and see if you can get in. If not pm me ftp access and I will see what I can do.

Hi

I have installed the Link Directory and got it working the way I want. I have added links in and it was all working fine with no problem then suddenly I get Internal Server Error 500 Messages when I click on the Directory Categories or on the Read Me of individual links. I have followed the information here re naming the htaccess but I am stuck. Any ideas? Help Please....

Thanks so much for sorting this out. Very pleased with the Link Directory I just need to get to work on filling up the links. That will take time.
