Link management PHP application giving problems

I HAVE AN PHP APPLICATION ONLINE, IT HAVE FILE CALLED codelock.php wichi contains codes as below. Is there any harm in usng it. My firewall detects alerts from some jp-inc.oracle.com after I started working on it. By the way, why the heck it contacts these locked codes despite the fact a friend has gave me this saying it is freeware!!!

This is not related to PHP Link Directory Software is it?
I think you may need to ask the writers of the code, or hire someone to help you, if you are not a programmer.

There isn't a file by that name included in our software by default.

If you found it after you installed PHPLD, than you didn't get the download from us.
