How to display cats by ID

I know this should be easy, but how do I display Cats by ID instead of aplabetically?

Hi bobby9101,

To change the sorting criteria of the categories, please do the following.

Open index.php
Find:
Content visible to registered users only.
Replace with:
Content visible to registered users only.

Please note that there are TWO replacements to be done in that file.
