Hello all,
Newbie here. I'd like to add different paragraph of content on each of the pages of my directory. How do I go about this? Is main.pl my best bet? Is there an example of the modified template(s) out there?
Thanks!

Hi!
mmh I am somehow interested on this topic too.
I read somewhere it is better to make a new template file. then just insert it wherever you want it on the main template main.tpl.....
I'll try to do that, if it works I'll post back.

The main.tpl template page applies to all subpages so adding text to it would make that text show up on all pages. If you want to add a custom paragraph to each page then you would need to either use the category description section for each category to apply different text to each category or create a new database table that allows for a custom content section to be inserted into each category page. This is probably tricky for a newbie.
I would suggest hiring a programmer to script this into your directory. It could probably be done fairly cheap.
Maybe this could be added to the mods section or be built into version 3.
Peace,
Jeff
