Directory: Build or rebuild category cache

I have no detail pages and I think this is because I have no cache of the information. However when I go to 'admin - directory - rebuild category cache' it unfortunately just produces a server configuration error. Does anyone know what the likely cause of this would be? Thanks for any help.

detail pages?? Do you mean Link detail pages?? Version 2 doesn't have detail page option.

what version of phpLD are you using, as for the error, sorry that i don't know.
make sure that the detail.php and detail.tpl file were uploaded from the install. if this is a custom template using v2.x sorry, detail page isn't standard...

Yes I mean link detail pages. The links point to a 'detail' directory which I do not have. Since the directory does not exist, clicking on the detail link of course produces a 'page not found' error.

OK I have found out that I am using version 3.0.6.
The files detail.php and detail.tpl are both present.
I had thought the problem was to do with rebuilding cache, but perhaps not.
As mentioned previously rebuilding cache does not worjk anyway.

Yes Dawzz solved the problem by advising me to create a 'detail' folder.
