Well we all are seeing tons of competition scripts coming out for directories. But still at this point in time, PHP Link Directory (http://www.phplinkdirectory.com) is the most used directory script among the directory owners. While there are many new directories are popping up, and all are looking for business. I would like to share my thoughts as a submittor which attracts me.
Well you know, tons of directories = tons of same old stuff. (BORING)
You have to bring something new to the site. Not just the old category pages and detail pages.
