Missing file: adodb-db_driver.inc.php (solved)

I could not find this in a search, so perhaps one of you will know:

After running the install, I get to the final stage, then instead of getting into the admin area, it gives a missing file message: libs/adodb/drivers/adodb-db_driver.inc.php

There is no such file in the download, what am I missing here?

Use IE instead of Firefox... weird.
