Have a ? for some reason...problem with my code?

Hey,
I have a ? in a lot of places on my design, www.AllDotNet.com/new

I am working on it now but I have had the ? in the last design also so I'm not sure what is wrong.

Anyone know what could cause this?

Anyone have any ideas?

Ready to move my directory to PHPLD and put it live once this is fixed.
