two small problems

I installed the link directory, but I have 3 small problems:
1. The red star does not show up next to reciprocal links, causing people to not fill this part in.
2. When I test it and click the submit button it just reloads the page
3. One of the pages that someone submitted has a reciprocal link, but the directory is showing that it does not

I have hopefully now fixed 3 by changing the varchar(6) to varchar(10)
