Contact form not working

I moved servers and the contact form doesn't work, says try again later or something. Everything else works, adding links, receieving emails when some adds a link etc, just the contact us form doesn't work. Should I install everything again or is there some adjustment I can make in a file somewhere, site path or something like that?

That happened to me last week alls I had to do was reupload my contact.tpl in my template folder
