Add another Regular Link option

Hello,
I am trying to add a new Regular Link option to the submissions but i am not able to do it.

I need to add another Regular option (not Featured). My current options are:

- Featured Links- Regular Links BASIC- Regular Links with reciprocal

I would like to change it to:

- Featured Links
- Regular Links EXPRESS (Links to this category are added as regular links, not featured)
- Regular Links BASIC- Regular Links with reciprocal


Will be great if someone can tell me what changes i need to do (for constants.php, tables.php, submit.tpl, payment.tpl, submit.php, payment.php and what to add to the database) ?
