What factors should decide about site of the week?
Do you still think it should be automatic?
If so - don't call it 'site of the week'.
Rather 'random site'...

I think the site of the week should maybe be based off of the most hits it's gotten on your directory....or turn that around and going from sidneyrill mod...
maybe the site of the week should be the site that sent the most traffic to your site :D
