Edited design but the coding stay intact.

Question for free phpld templates. Is it possible to edit the entire design but the layout and coding stay intact without having any issues or charges from the owner? and also leave the links intact but design change? How possible is this?

is what possible? to contact the creator, sure...what template are you wanting to use?

In my opinion as a phpLD template provider, it's possible if you keep intact link to original template provider or template sponsor.
