XML parsing error..need advice

I'm getting the following error now while clicking on the xml button in all the categories...it has to be something real simple to fix, but I'm limited in my knowledge here.
It worked earlier today. I've been in a few files but don't think I changed anything that had to do with the rss feeds. I added a contact. php page and a contact.tpl. Also added the email templates to my database thru phpmyadmin

Ok...man that was simple!

I removed the
and now it works fine. I guess the RSS doesn't like HTML tags!
