I exported my categories with PHPMyAdmin and now you can download these MySQL tables and have 431 categories :D .
Same sample categories are at

and the zip file at
{zip file no longer available}

2nd, I don't know how tables are setup for the 3rd one, but I'm sure you can make it work with the 3rd one with a little script.

You can just import a v 2.0 DB and run phpLD's installer again. It will automatically do all needed changes :D
