500 internal server error on localhost after format

hi

I was preparing a directory with phpld and I had to format the PC
I dumped the database and after I have formatted and reinstalled everything I loaded the dumped db without any sort if issue

I am doing everything locally at the moment

when I try to access the directory from the browser I get an Internal Server Error, while all the other folders are served normally
I already had created something like 2500 categories :D.....what's wrong? am I forgetting to do something?
