Problem with Latest Links

Hello, and thanks for a great script.

My problem is as follows, any help is appreciated.

When users submit their links for approval, and are approved by me, they dont show up on the Latest Link page.
However, if I add links manually they appear on the Latest Links page.

What could be the problem?
