Cant submit link on new directory!!

I have recently started a new directory D3 Web Directory (http://directory.d3developments.co.uk). Im now starting to get some interest in it :) but when you try to submit a link nothing happens :o I have had some sucessful link requests but it doesnt always seem to work and does not say why??

Any help would be appreciated!!!!

Thank you for the submission, how did you submit without a reciprical link?

I have just tried to submit a website myself & its still not working for me? When i click submit it just shows the submission page again without any errors?
