Smarty Error Help

Hi,
I uploaled all the files and folders to my site but everytime I try to install it I get this Smarty Error,
Warning: Smarty error: unable to read resource: "install/main.tpl" in .......libs/smarty/Smarty.class.php on line 1088

I have searched forum for an anwser and I deleted all the files and folders and uploaded all for 4 times so far but still getting same error.
can anyone help me with this please?

I have tried a few more times but still getting same result.
I even wanted to pay someone to install this script but scriptinstallation.com doesn't do installation service anymore.
I can't get no help from anyone here.
I think I'm goona look into other directory scripts.
What kind of directory scripts like this do you recommend?
I want to look into both paid and free scripts.
If you can't post here, just send me a email.
I have been running adult sites for past few years and I have installed scripts like this before so many times but this script is just wasting my time and effort.
