Install Finished screen error

When I get to the Install finished screen it gives me two links.
mydomain.com/install/i/ and
mydomain.com/install/i/admin
There is no "i" folder in the install folder was this suppose to be created in the install process? I've deleted everything and tried this twice, same results. Not sure where to go from here.

Skipping the finished page I tried going into the directory and I get
Missing file: D:\Clients\C1104\R515\frogengine.org\public_html\l ibs\adodb/drivers/adodb-db_driver.inc.php

ADONewConnection: Unable to load database driver ''

I have read many times about using IE. I have installed this many times only using IE. Any other ideas? This is getting pretty frustrating. :cry:
