After the installation it shows this message...how do i procede now?

Have you verified that the 'missing file' exists in the location listed? What are the permissions on the file?

I am such a idot did not read the FAQ in the general support first lol
my problem got solved by using IE to run install such a small thing...but why does firefox not support such feature needs to be looked into?

That is strange. I installed mine using firefox without any problems. Could it be an add-on to firefox (I don't have any installed.)

Yup maybe its a addon in firefox which maybe creating probs as i have many add on in firefox installed..but this should not be an issue i feel...

Whoa. Now that is strange. Big problems installing in Firefox, so I try IE and viola! No problem. Installed. Glad I found this thread!

This should be added to the install.txt: Install in IE only.

I have installed using FF, and only FF with over 150 installs and yet no problems.

The reason for the above error is that the proper info was not able to be written to the config.php.
