?? while using firefox but not IE

Small issue have just finished our new links dir.

Small issues that we can not use the mod rewrite as it affects the rest of our site.

Issue with Firefox when viewing you get ? on the search, submit links?

Any ideas Internet Explorer is fine

Also in main.css I need to change the text color from blue to black but stupped at which class controls it?

Also how do we skin the submit page like our index page please
