Simple question: Where is top bar css defined?

Seem like a simple question, but I can't find where to define things like the background color for the Top bar. Looked in main.css, and topbar.tpl, and it doesn't seem to be anywhere. Where is it!?!?

In main.css look for css beginning with:

#path { .......etc
