Help needed in Phpld directory database (mysql) - Will pay!

I own a few PHPld directories. Someone wants bulk submission, so I need
upload excel file info to my database (many entries, I cant imagine to do it manually).

Since I am dump in mysql command, can anyone help me? I will pay $30 (2 excel files to 2 directories) for the service.
