hi,

i used a site to show details about my links. on this site i show the categorie too.

now i would like to link them. (this is not the problem) this link must have the rewrite rules (www.xxx.de/abc/) and it have to show categories and subcats.

anyone who have a solution for that ? or an rule to rewrite it ?

Are you saying that you are trying to place links to the latest categories in your footer?

If yes, we really need to finish this part of phpLD 3.0 (working on it):
"there will be a method to run a tool that caches the category structure, so that we can more easily find the parent and child structures, making queries faster, so that we display category counts easier, build site maps, and remove the some of the current limitations."

i modded my 2.0 and it is not easy to update it.

I guess there is not a quick answer to that question until you try, but we have a pretty good system for upgrading (thusfar), and moving to 3.0 should not be too terribly difficult.

Would I not be correct in thinking that if a person wants version 3 then they simply have to pay for it and then upload ONLY the relevant files? If there are mods that have been added to one using version 2 then all they have to do is to tie them in?

Correct me if I am being totally dull here! :?
