I like your design its vibrant and appealing and I can see how the round robust logo style goes with the 'Round' in 'EstateRound' and the target look goes with the 'Right Targeted' . Although I don't know where the logo ends. At Right Targeted or USA Real Estate Directory. Perhaps this dosen't matter. Anyway thats my civilian non-designer opinion. :)

I look at it and think Overture.

You may want to do some more with it. you have the main circle then you have the second one..then you got two more inside that one..those two need to go i think. As for the text...i think you could do a little more wth the text. To much spacing in them. Other than that Not bad. You seem to keep a color trend going with the site which I like. On your side links I would suggest trying some CSS to make those look cooler. For example take a look at my site listed in my signature. Those links on the side are all CSS and nothing else. Therefore they are readable by search engines but give that cool effect of an image.

Overall i give the logo a 7 out of 10 and the entire site design a 6 out of 10. Not bad.
