An error when I m joining a categorie.

The directory is correctly installed, but when I trying to join any categorie I got this error :

error 404: File not found
The document you requested is not found.

anybody can tell me where is the problem.?
must I creat the Folder manually !?.

this is where I ve install it : {url no longer in service}

Check that you have uploaded the .htaccess file and that it contains the correct data.

the .htaccess file is erased.
and I still have the same problem...
