Question about Categories

I have a category structure of 177 countries how can I put them in a regional category of my directory when its structure is like this

Basically, you need to take a dump from your existing category structure, and then add the values using the same structure, except changing the items you have listed above.

I just deleted everything but the countries and used quick category adder but then had to delete quick category adder as I couldn't get to my categories to move them did the same with states

Parent ID (0 = TOP)
Status (2 = Approved)
