hi,
just installed this on my site
but i get an error says page cannot be found?
why is this?
have installed all files and folders through the ftp. but oesnt want to know.
please help.

Hey Kev,

Are you sure you put them in the correct folder?

When you first FTP in, do you see folders? If so do any say "html", "public_html", "www" or "var" ?

hi,
i see this is the problem as i have just tried uploading it to another site i have under a different hosting company and it has the option as to put it in public_html . but with the godaddy hosting site it doesn't have public_html in the ftp.
how can i ddo this otherwise?

The solucción that I have found is to erase or to change file: .htaccess
of the main folder.


Then the order that it has is incompatible with my servant (virtual servant).

I think that the best thing is to leave this file but to erase or to change you order them that they damage, but not as or like?

Now I ask that damage can do this. It damages the security???

even when I erase the .htaccess file I got the same problem. (error 404)

any more idea or suggestion about this problem.!!?
Do you think that I need to creat the folders by my self.!!?

have now done, emailed godaddy they said because php wasn't aloud on my hosting or something so have upgraded to allow php to be allowed on my hosting.
works fine now :D
