I have zfeeder installed on my site at

It works somewhat like newstopica but has a few neat features I think you should add in your next release.
You can set the refresh time for each feed or use the feeds set refresh time. This way feeds are only refreshed at there set interval.
You can also add a feeds and only show its top link and site visitors can expand it to show all the results. You can select how many items to show from each feed.
You can change the order of each feed in each category, set what feed is listed first and move them down or up on the page as you wish.
It also has RSS Autodiscovery import that will try to find the site's RSS feed and auto-subscribe your site to it.
You can unsubsribe to a feed by deactivating it whenever you want.
You can also use the Import OPML subscriptions that will load a list of feeds all at once. It's also has WAP (wml) output available.
