bulk mail free links

Hi i was wondering if thier was a way to be able to bulk email all free accepted link submissions as i would like to offer them featured upgrade if they don't know already in one go ?.

This can be a little controversial if they did not "opt" to receive emails from you, and is one of the reasons we have never offered this. I'm not telling you not to do it, just commenting on the importance of allowing people to decide if they want to receive email before you send it.

I guess this is where a policy page would come in handy so they can decide before submitting links!!!.
