"Allow multiple submit" not working

I installed the script in a subdir at link-exchange.fortheweb.com and set the "Allow multiple submit" to no.. But it's not catching any multiple submits..

I tried resetting the yes/no a few times but that was mostly a waste of time :)

Any thoughts??
