remove reciprocal ?

Is there a way to remove the reciprocal link option ? ( i would be interested in a link on another domain, but not a reciprocal, so i'd rather remove that option )

Go to Admin, then System > Edit Settings > Link submit

Set 'Require reciprocal link on link submit page' to No.
