category error help

I must have missed something in my setup, everything on my site works except the categories. When you click on a category, you can see the link (link.weightlosstopsite.com/medicine/) but I dont see a medicine directory in my path and when you click on it I get a 404.

What did I miss that will create the directory structure?

if using 3.2 rebuild category cache.

I dont know because that url doesnt work for me.

Sorry, the link doesnt need the medicine part. http://links.weightlosstopsite.com/index.php

http://links.weightlosstopsite.com/index.php/medicine/ is what is created by the categories, yet there isn t actually a folder in my directory created is it just dynamic? I know I must just be missing a setting somewhere
, I tried switching templates, but that didint do anything.

Ok that worked, but now I noticed in my google tools that all my links have a read more and thats not working, so google has me with all these errors.


The site is http://links.weightlosstopsite.com I forgot the s on the last url.

If there isnt an easy fix can I remove the read more?
