Directory Functions to be included in 3.0?

Hi, I'm interesting about launchingof PhpLD 3.0 and here is my simple question about 3.0

1. Can I place reciprocal link above regular links but under featured links?
2. Can I customize title, meta tags for each page separately?
3. Can I do URL rewrite like I modified in 2.0 mod?
(mysite.com/cat1.html, mysite.com/cat1/sub1.html)
4. Can I do pagination URL rewrite? (cat1.html?p=2 ---> cat1/page2.html)
5. Can I add my custom content page? (Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, Link to us, ETC.)
