Duplicate rss links

When i add rss feeds to a category, sometimes the rss links duplicate and 4 of the same links are added. Anyone else had this problem, or is this a known bug David? Please help!

Hi, normally this does not happen.
Do these listings have a date tag?

exactly where is the date tag? I'm using the same feed source (topix.net). When i add a few feeds everything is fine, than all of a sudden, i start getting 4 of each article link. I have cron programmed to update the site every minute.

I see this is happening on the nytimes feed.
Are there any other examples?

my friend deleted most of the entries thinking he could fix the problem. But it was mostly just nytimes feeds.

I'm just leaving, but maybe post a url so we can look together and see what is different about these feeds. I do know from experience that there is a lack of standards in RSS, making our job that much more difficult. :?
