Hosted Domain issue

Hello friends, l installed a phpld, and l also hosted one of my other domains into the installed directory as a parked domain, but when l try to submt a link with parked domain l am having this problem.

Content visible to registered users only.

How can l solve this problem. ? Thanks..

parked domain will not work. you need it as an addon at the very least.

OR under security in admin set
Allow foreign submissions: to yes

not really it is more an anti-spam measure...
