I like it very, but have a few small remarks, which I think could make the design even better:
- the logo, top and menu of the site are in a white/red/black/grey style, and the directory links are all blue, now I get the impression that somebody wrapped a new site around a blue styled directory.
- the icon next to te categories is completely different from your logo, I would use a blue one which looks a bit like the small blue rectangles from the logo.
- the red in your logo is different from the red in the HTML
- the yellow hover color in the menu is a bit annoying, why not keep the same color as the link color, and use underline+overline?
- '5 Newest Featured Links': nobody will notice them, perhaps in a column on the right?
- The banner on the bottom left: nobody will notice that, I would make it a 468x60 on the right top.
- The menu left: why not skip the 'links menu' since it is in the menubar already, and put an Adsense block of 180x150 px in the menu? Or some small banner of 120x60 or 120x90 px?
But, like I said: I do like it!

Thank you for your reply, As honor, I'm a poor designer, I don't know which set of colors matched my site so your suggestion is great for me. Thank you thank you.
cheers,

I have seen your site before and it looks quite good. The logo looks nice and the images next to the categories also looks good. :)

Thank you for your comments  It has been a lot of things changed after first launch. If you saw my site at first date launched you might be sick about my very very poor design

Definitely fits the bill.
Before I get started I think it looks better than my site so this is just my opinion as joe public.
I have a few small comments but I'm in no way a graphic artist.
One thing I did pick up though is that opposite colours on the colour wheel
can clash and colors adjacent to each other create a theme.
Based on this I would consider making my category links red to give more of a consistent theme.
The previous poster with the tips above also had some good tips.
The red and blue are both powerful and create visual conflict which can be attention grabbing but not in a good way - after a while it gets tedious. You want the end user to focus on the content without distraction.
I'm only new at design myself, so please get other opinions.

I looked at it today, so if there were any fixes then the site is perfect is as it is now. Having different shades is good and too much of the same becomes to uniformed and boring. I threw my daughter on this as she's a trained designer both graphic and web and she like the message the style and color gave. There is no need to change a thing, this is her view and I tend to agree, the thing is Paul, you open this up to people to make comments and nearly everyone will have an opinion, dislike or like that will differ. Stick to the pro verdict that your style sells so does your design. Your site portrays a professional approach to a directory relevant to its product matter.
Take care,
Kev
