Paypal Hanging Up

Hi,

I'm running PHPLD v3.2.0. Every so often people try to buy links and the payment gets hung up at paypal, and the payments don't go through. I'm left with pending links and the customers aren't sure whether the payments went through or not.

Is there a patch that fixes this, and if so, where do I find it? Also, is there a setting for the Paypal ipn that needs to be made so that the payments work all the time?

if paypal gets hung up and doesnt post anything to the ipn there is nothing that can be done.
they should get a paypal email stating they sent money to you and you should get one also from paypal. The main question is where is the timeout happening at?

At paypal or the ipn to your script or the postback or is it user timeout?

I just installed 2.1.3 and having an issue in getting through the paid links. On paypal page I am getting below error:

"The seller accepts encrypted website payments only. You cannot pay the seller through un-encrypted buttons. Please contact your seller for more details."

then turn off the only accept encrypted payments in your admin under website payment preferences ...
