Comments on Links

Hello All,

Does anybody now of a contribution that let's visitor make Comments / Reviews for links?
I know vistitors can rate a link, but I find it usefull if next to the rating it would be possible to place comments on for example the contents or quality of a site where link points to.

There are several mods that allow you to rate the link on a number scale.

Theres a possibility to do comments on links with third party tools like "haloscan.com" or "open blogspeak". In my directory i did it with haloscan. you can see it here (http://www.trabacho.de/google-maps-sightseeing/index.php?p=d) (german site).
