How do you add a template?

How do I add a template? I have uploaded the template to the template directory but I'm not sure how to add the template through the admin page.

version 2 doesn't offer this...you have to upload the template files to the template folder, overwriting the exsiting files...
version 3 offers a template manager...

yes you can that way you can switch tpl by way of admin
