Thinking about making themes..

Ok well I was thinking about making themes for PhpLd and giving them out for free with links at the bottom of them. Do I have to purchase a copy of PhpLd to be able to do this legally?

2.x is free...but you must keep the link to phpLD on them :)
3.x is $25 for keeping link to phpLD and $75 for no link...

but do remember when creating a template, even if you have the $75 one...to include the link in the footer because people that use it may not have paid for removing the link :)
