Can Newstopica be integrated with my current phpld site?

Hi, I'm interesting with Newstopica but I don't know if I integrated this to my phpld site like some add on, can I do it?

Short answer...not really.
NewsTopica does not run very well as a link directory and RSS feed importer. You could certainly run it in a separate directory.
Some people have wanted to "backfill" categories with RSS. While anything is possible, I think a good deal of work would be needed to run both as one.
