Purchased Items

Few months ago I purchased phpLD 3, and I could see that in my CP under "Purchased Items" after I log in on the home page of phplinkdirectory.com. That was few months ago. Today when I logged in and browsed to "Purchased Items", the page is blank. There are no purchased items or download links listed.

Why is that happening?
