How to build another directory while remaining mods hacked?

Hi, I've using localhost to test all sites before uploaded. I've finished first site and begin to next directory but, I've issues about how to keep my hacked mods remaining with new installation on localhost. I tried to copy original folder to the new one and made installation but I can't, I've been redirected to log-in first. Please give me some suggestion.
