hello,
I just bought a newest version and just installed successfully but it does not work correctly. I am not sure if I can post my url of error in here or not.

On submit.php page

1. Warning: Smarty error: unable to read resource: "admin/messages.tpl" in webdmoz/libs/smarty/Smarty.class.php on line 1095
2. Security code image shows the red "X" and nothing there.

Please help.

I paid the script but it does not work so I don't know what to do.

Thanks.

I used the ppmint template. Do you think it might cause that error?
Last few months I installed php script version 2 and it worked perfectly. Now I paid for it, then it didn't work.

Thanks.

The above error is coming due to missing "messages.tpl" file which in not related to what template you use as it belongs to "Core Template"

"Core Template" is used by your Admin Control Panel and few other stuff.

1) Make sure the file is there.
Your-Install-Directory/templates/Core/admin/messages.tpl

2) Even if it is there, try to re-upload (It might wasn't done properly before)

Oh that's right.
My script that I downloaded does not have this file. how do I request phpld to send me a complete script. I think this newest version script is not completed.
Did i buy a beta version?
Thanks.

You should first use the default template to make sure everything is working correctly. If you downloaded 3.2.0 from the download section, you have the most current version. It sounds to me like you are trying to use a template that was made for an older version of phpLD.

Yes. But ppmint template is the one recommended by phpld.
If I switch to the default template, then it worked.

Thanks.

Content visible to registered users only.

Glad it worked. Where did you say ppermint was recommended by phpLD?

i think, because it came with the download, they assumed it was recommended...
