Okay, first impressions - too much residual phpLD stuff left in place. I realise phpLD is the backbone app but I would expect when buying a new script that it had all traces of the underlying app removed from the surface.
Templating - disappointed the only template is the white, default phpLD one. My suggestion is to produce a unique template or templates geared around the article-site aspect of the script. I would expect a nice template to shoot sales waaay up.

Ok, feedback always appreciated. If you want to line up a couple of suggestions for improvement, go right ahead. Also, if there is a template from phpLD that you want converted, we can do that too. For example, we already have the cloudbay template available as seen on the demo.

Some points that caught my attention initially.
As I said, I know this app is based on phpLD, which is great because that's an excellent script, but at the moment there is still too much residual phpLD stuff left in place - for example, in the admin section there are still references to 'Directory' - top-right link and in the Settings menu.
During the setup process and in the install.txt, references are made to phpLD rather than phpLD Article.
None of this is a big deal in itself but it does give the impression of a hacked directory script rather than a unique article script, if you know what I mean?
Suggestions:
Several article site templates to choose from as default. 3-column to be able to accept ads, sponsors or links.
Built in Adsense enabled.
Ability to edit rules.php from the admin panel.
Infobox - most article submitters require some kind of infobox where they can submit a link or three back to their own sites. It's pretty much the point of writing free articles. I think this would have to be built in to the submit article page as an additional box but it would have to allow <a href> with anchor text *but* screen the urls to make sure nothing dodgy was going on.
Collapsible admin menus.
How's that to kick off with?

Great. Thanks for the feedback. We will have a new release for you in a week or two with these changes and likely more.
