you mean so that people can translate your directory into any language? there are a lot of sites online that will do this for users for free...it's not always the best translation but pretty close

I have a script that works as a on the fly translator, you could mess with to see if you can get it to work in phpld. At current I do not how accurate it is as I speak and read no other language but english. How it should work is once a language is selected it would stay in that language while clicking the links on the site. However its not doing this with phpld. You have to reclick the translate for each page. You would also have to mess with your templates so all title have the truncate as the longer title make my layout go crazy. I can upload the one I got from someone else if anyone wants to take a stab at making it work.

If you want an idea of how its working or looks or even see if the translation is close you can go to. search-for.us/translate/XX and test it and see it works fine for the main page :)

change the XX to any of the below choices

Also if you mess with the download go through all the files and change my URL to your URL in the index.php files of all the language files
