reciprical link (not required) also shows on submit screen?

Hi,

If i have reciprical links enabled or disabled i still always get the message "reciprical link (not required)" on submit screen?

Not sure what im doing wrong, surely it shouldnt say (not required) if that feature it enabled.

I ended up editing the files and changing the message, im using a modded template so thought it was just a problem i had

Is there a fix for this besides using a modded template?
